Little Words Project is seeking Sales Associates to join its team in Boston. Sales Associates bring the brand story to life, help guests choose bracelets, and create a memorable in-store experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with guests and working with a team.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience is preferred, though fast learners with a great attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for beading, styling, and capturing in-store content.

Responsibilities

• Share the company’s mission, help guests find suitable pieces, and personalize recommendations to their needs.
• Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events.
• Process transactions using the POS system, answer guest questions, and provide excellent service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
