About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, identify products suited to their needs, and provide tailored advice and eyewear recommendations based on customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates work toward sales targets, develop their skills through hands-on training, and collaborate with colleagues and leaders to support a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
