About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress and bedding products. Associates use the company’s proven selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable sleep solutions. The role focuses on providing a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and helping customers improve their sleep quality.

This is a team-oriented retail role with a typical four- to five-day work week and an opportunity to work 40 to 55 hours per week. The schedule includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Associates may lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and help customers load mattress purchases into their vehicles. The role uses tablets, mobile point-of-sale systems, and the bedMATCH system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s sales process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.

• Reset the showroom floor.
