About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress and bedding products. Associates use the company’s established selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable products and improve their sleep. The role focuses on creating a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and understanding each customer’s needs. This is a customer-facing retail role with a typical four- to five-day work week and reported workweeks of 40 to 55 hours. The retail schedule includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Associates may also reset the showroom floor and help customers load mattress purchases into their vehicles.
