Sales Associate / Hourly+ Bonus
About The Position
Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help provide exceptional customer service. The associate sells premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s established sales process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system, which uses measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers select products suited to their needs. The role focuses on providing a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and helping customers improve their lives through sleep solutions. The position is part of a team-oriented retail environment with paid training and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
- Bring a team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Be available for a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- The typical schedule is 4–5 days per week, with associates working between 40 and 55 hours per week.

- Bilingual fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
Responsibilities
- Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s sales process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on their needs.
- Use tablets, mobile point-of-sale systems, and the bedMATCH system.
- Reset the showroom floor.
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
