About The Position
Mattress Warehouse is growing and seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associates to assist in their continuing quest to provide exceptional service to customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, Mattress Warehouse has been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years and is USA family owned and operated. The Sales Associate will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing their tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch. The role involves providing customers with a relaxed, low pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions. Requirements
- Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate.
- Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Availability to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
- Experience with tablets and mobile point of sales (POS) systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the quest to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a proven selling process and the bedMatch diagnostic sleep system.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system.
- Reset the showroom floor.
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
