Requirements

• At least 2 years of Property Manager experience with market-rate residential properties
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and resident relations abilities
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A proactive, hands-on approach to property operations and team management

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Maintain high occupancy levels through effective leasing and resident retention strategies
• Build positive relationships with residents and deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee rent collection, lease administration, and compliance with property policies
• Supervise, train, and motivate office and maintenance personnel
• Monitor employee performance and encourage accountability and teamwork
• Oversee property upkeep, maintenance, safety, and security
• Build and maintain relationships with local officials, police, fire departments, and community partners
• Use property management technology to support efficient operations and accurate reporting
