About The Position

DSI is hiring a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent AT&T products and services inside a retail partner location in Homewood, Illinois. This inside retail sales role centers on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales in a busy, high-traffic environment. Associates help customers find suitable wireless products and services while working toward performance goals. Paid training and opportunities for career advancement are offered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize store sales performance.
