Sales Associate/ Hourly + Bonus
About The Position
Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress and bedding products. Associates use the company’s proven selling process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable sleep solutions. The role focuses on creating a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and helping customers improve their sleep. The position is part of a team-oriented retail environment with paid training, ongoing feedback, learning resources, and opportunities for growth. The typical schedule is four to five days per week, with work between 40 and 55 hours per week. Retail availability includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
Requirements
- Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- A team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities
- Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s selling process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on their needs and sleep solutions.
- Use tablets, mobile point-of-sale systems, and bedMATCH technology when assisting customers.
- Reset the showroom floor.
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
