About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding customer experience by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and promoting the store’s membership program. The role contributes to sales performance and store success by creating a positive, welcoming environment and memorable shopping experiences.

The position includes customer service and selling, maintaining visual merchandising standards, processing transactions, managing inventory, and keeping the store clean and professional. The associate must be available for a flexible schedule that supports business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, potential overnight shifts, and travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and assist customers, including managing multiple customers at once.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs by using product knowledge, answering questions, directing customers to merchandise, and offering tailored recommendations.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and stay knowledgeable about product availability.
• Maintain organized and attractive product displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Complete inventory tasks, including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend and sell merchandise effectively.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas, following safety protocols.
