About The Position

Lori’s Gifts is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to serve patients, families, and healthcare workers in hospital communities. The role focuses on providing warm, attentive customer service and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Associates operate the point-of-sale system, follow merchandising and promotional guidelines, and may independently open and close the store when scheduled. Team members are expected to uphold company policies and safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Duties may be adjusted to meet operational needs in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older; minors must meet applicable labor laws and obtain required permits.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Volunteer experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
