About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented individuals to join its team as Sales Associates. The role involves using customer service and sales skills to recommend suitable products and services, build customer trust, and support successful store operations. Compensation includes hourly pay plus bonus incentives.

Sales Associates handle financial services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Associates are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused workplace. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to understand ACE’s range of financial products and services.
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for store performance.
• Ability to meet the role’s physical demands, including standing for extended periods and working 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience.
• Spanish proficiency.
