About The Position

This seasonal role is employed by Noor Staffing Group and represents Hickory Farms. The Seasonal Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service, drives sales, and helps create a positive shopping experience at Hickory Farms locations. The role involves proactively engaging with customers, maintaining product knowledge, working toward personal and team sales goals, and independently upholding a professional and enthusiastic standard of service. The position reports to the Seasonal Store Manager. Seasonal team members receive 30% off Hickory Farms products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, dependability, and initiative.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform continuous movement, walking, reaching, grasping, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to exert up to 42 lbs. of force occasionally, 25–35 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Actively engage customers and showcase products to drive sales.
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and encourage purchases.
• Restock and organize merchandise as directed to maintain an attractive store environment.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
• Provide outstanding service to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Follow safety protocols and report injuries, hazards, and incidents immediately to the Seasonal Store Manager.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
• Follow dress code standards and wear the provided apron while on duty.
• Complete assigned training courses and materials.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
• Travel locally to other store locations if additional Sales Associates are needed.
