About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and works at Hickory Farms retail locations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience. Associates proactively engage customers, maintain product knowledge, pursue individual and team sales goals, and work independently with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a seasonal position in a high-traffic retail mall environment. Local travel to other store locations may be required when additional sales associates are needed. Seasonal team members receive a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products. The position pays $15.50–$16.50 per hour and is not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by applicable law.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ownership, dependability, and initiative.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform continuous movement, walking, reaching, grasping, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to exert up to 42 lbs. of force occasionally, 25–35 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities
- Greet and approach customers, offering personalized assistance and recommendations.
- Actively engage customers and showcase products to drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and support purchases.
- Restock and organize merchandise as directed to keep the store attractive and well maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide excellent service to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
- Follow safety protocols and report injuries, hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager immediately.
- Maintain energy and enthusiasm and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Follow dress-code standards and wear the provided apron at all times.
- Complete assigned training courses and materials.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
