The Seasonal Store Manager is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and leads the day-to-day operations and performance of one or more seasonal retail locations. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, managing staff, executing visual merchandising, ensuring inventory accuracy, preventing loss, and maintaining compliance with company and operational standards. The manager drives customer experiences, leads by example, and develops a high-performing sales team, requiring flexibility and proactive problem-solving. Schedules are based on business needs. Following Thanksgiving, managers are expected to work a minimum of 32 hours per week when sales volume supports the additional labor expense, with additional hours as needed for successful store operations. Managers must be available for required shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to travel to the store on short notice, including off-hours, to address operational needs. Local travel to other store locations may also be required. The role is based primarily in a high-traffic mall retail environment. It involves constant movement, standing for extended periods, customer interaction, and occasional exposure to weather and hot or cold temperatures during restocking and freezer access. Physical tasks include standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasionally exerting up to 42 pounds and frequently exerting 25–35 pounds; frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and walking; and repetitive hand and finger motions for tasks such as operating a cash register, stocking, and merchandising. The position is seasonal and pays $17.50–$18.50 per hour. Seasonal team members receive a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products. The role is not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by applicable state or federal laws.
