About The Position

The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, creating memorable customer experiences through upbeat energy, storytelling, and authentic engagement. The role involves developing in-depth product knowledge and serving as an expert in sustainable fashion and personal style. Associates contribute to sales and performance goals while providing a seamless experience across retail stores and ecommerce platforms. This is a seasonal, part-time position at One Paseo. The role requires availability during store business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.

Requirements

Experience in a similar scope; experience with high-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands is preferred.
Omnichannel awareness and ability to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
Comfort and competence using technology and apps.
Strong communication skills across a variety of platforms.
A track record of achieving personal results in a retail business and consistently exceeding sales and performance goals.
Passion for contributing to a purpose-driven brand and demonstrating advocacy through business.
Ability to work when the business is open, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, and to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Comfort climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to engage with people and nurture relationships; resourcefulness, initiative, curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn from mistakes and feedback.
