About The Position

Primark is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to help customers find sizes and styles, complete purchases and returns, and enjoy a positive in-store experience. The role also involves maintaining the shop floor and stockroom, operating till points, and processing deliveries and products to meet Primark’s standards. The starting base hourly rate is $15.00, with a $0.50 increase after six months and another $0.50 increase after one year of continued employment. The rate offered depends on the geographic region of work.

Requirements

• Have English-language proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues and understand health and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a positive experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain an appealing shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom tidy and well-organized.
• Process customer queries, voids, and returns efficiently at till points.
• Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries.
• Move products onto the shop floor, ensure they are correctly priced, and uphold company standards.
