About The Position

Tommy John is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, trained as a Comfort Concierge, to support the in-person shopping experience at its Classen Curve Oklahoma City location. Reporting to the Store Manager, the associate provides friendly, knowledgeable service, models Tommy John values and customer-first behaviors, and helps create a positive customer experience. The role suits a self-motivated, collaborative, organized communicator with a strong work ethic who can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. The associate supports sales goals and store operations by assisting customers with product and outfit recommendations, processing transactions, resolving concerns, maintaining merchandise and store presentation, and collaborating with colleagues. Requirements

Customer-focused mindset and desire to provide exceptional service.
Relevant experience in a similar role in a fashion or retail environment; experience depends on the level applied for.
Ability to process information and merchandise through a computer and POS register system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with customers and the retail team.
Strong organizational and merchandising skills.
Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with short breaks.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate Tommy John’s customer-centric selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
Resolve customer concerns professionally with customer satisfaction in mind, partnering with store leadership on elevated issues.
Suggest key looks and products that reflect customers’ individual styles, including popular bundles.
Promote Tommy John’s brand by introducing customers to its social media channels and hashtags.
Process register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with cash-control procedures and customer-service guidelines.
Collaborate with and provide ad hoc support to fellow associates with tasks and customer interactions.
Restock returned merchandise in the correct sales-floor location and label and place damaged or defective merchandise in the appropriate area at the end of each shift.
Keep the store neat and well-presented, including fitting rooms and the stockroom.
Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
