About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you influence the sales floor with your style, passion for the product, and welcoming energy. You create genuine connections with customers and help them find a personalized look. In collaboration with team members and managers, you contribute to business success and support a positive, collaborative, kind, and inclusive store environment. You also help maintain a seamless customer experience through tasks such as stocking, processing shipments, and cleaning.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in English.
Basic math skills.
Hands-on experience with point-of-sale transactions.
Familiarity with inventory procedures.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-service focus.
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.
Comfort using ladders or stairs.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions.
Follow and achieve department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Drive sales by going the extra mile.
Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition.
Actively seek out customers in the store.
Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options.
Process point-of-sale purchases.
Cross-sell products.
Handle merchandise returns.
Work with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Build productive, trusting relationships with customers.
Stock products and process shipments as needed.
Clean to help maintain a seamless customer experience.
