About The Position

Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing their interest in fashion and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. The role involves connecting with customers, meeting sales goals, sharing product knowledge, offering fashion advice, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, and completing daily store tasks. Associates work collaboratively with the team and model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to inspire customers and cater to their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Remain positive and professional and work with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
