About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are an Ann Taylor brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and properly displayed on the sales floor. You work with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences and support a welcoming sales-floor environment.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
