About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador by building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor with merchandise in the right place and ready for customers. You work with the team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting store environment.
Requirements
- Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
