About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role includes responding to leads promptly, answering questions, sharing information, and helping customers move from phone or internet contact to an in-store experience. Associates help customers select vehicles, discuss terms and payment options that fit their needs and budgets, and close sales. They provide customer support before and after purchase, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and help connect customers with the Service department to support their ownership experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to help people and exceed expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
