About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, sharing information, and helping customers move from phone or internet contact to an in-store experience.

Using strong communication and listening skills, the Associate helps customers select vehicles, discuss terms and payment options suited to their needs and budgets, and complete purchases. The Associate provides an exceptional experience before and after the sale, follows up to support customer satisfaction and loyalty, and helps transition customers to the Service department for ongoing vehicle ownership support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
