About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through a vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding promptly to customer leads, answering questions, providing information, and helping customers move from phone or internet contact to an in-store experience. Associates help customers select a vehicle, discuss terms and payment options suited to their lifestyles and budgets, and close sales. They also provide support after the purchase by following up on customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
