About The Position

The Sales Associate works on the frontlines to ensure every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The associate serves as an ambassador for Rhone and represents its principles of being Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered. A passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is expected.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and upbeat personality.
Ability to use technology effectively and engage with customers and the team to meet goals.
Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and ability to take action as required.
Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues or concerns courteously and professionally.
Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Availability to work a minimum of two 4-hour shifts weekly.
Ability to adhere punctually to scheduled shifts.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Comfort with climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset.
Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
Become an expert in Rhone products and educate customers on product features and benefits.
Assess customers’ individual needs and provide product recommendations.
Support all areas of the selling floor, including fitting rooms and point of sale.
Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks.
Take initiative by helping with tasks, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
Demonstrate inclusive behavior with team members and customers.
