About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor, collaborate with your team to provide personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting store environment. You use brand behaviors and available technology to deliver customer service, promote brand loyalty, and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements
