About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service and helps keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays and product presentation, supporting sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, performing inventory counts, and handling register transactions. The Sales Associate is expected to act in alignment with HouseMart’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values and to work safely.

Requirements

Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with store management.
Ability to work and collaborate with team members, store management, and customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematical skills.
Ability to work under pressure, make effective decisions, and exercise sound judgment.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.
