About The Position
The e-Commerce Sales Associate helps customers purchase vehicles through online, phone, and in-person interactions in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from initial phone or internet contact to an in-store experience. The associate uses communication and listening skills to help customers select vehicles, discuss payment options suited to their budgets and expectations, and close sales. The role also includes providing an exceptional experience before and after purchase, following up to ensure customer satisfaction, and helping transition customers to the Service department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Sales or customer service experience.
