About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate helps customers purchase vehicles through online, phone, and in-person interactions in a no-haggle sales environment. The role responds to customer leads, answers questions, provides information, and guides customers from initial phone or internet contact through an in-store experience. Associates help customers select a vehicle, discuss terms and payment options aligned with their lifestyles and budgets, and close sales. They provide customer support before and after purchase, follow up to confirm satisfaction, and help connect customers with the Service department to support vehicle ownership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Close vehicle sales in a no-haggle sales environment.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
• Help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
• Set and work toward targeted goals.
