About The Position

The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate sells new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and sales-volume standards. The role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find suitable vehicles, and following up consistently. Associates have access to nationwide vehicle inventory, CRM and equity-mining tools, and lender relationships to support customer financing. The position offers commission-based compensation and hands-on, digital, and classroom training, with opportunities to build a book of business and advance into finance, management, and other career paths.

Requirements

• Over one year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up repeatedly with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
