About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to join its retail team. Sales Associates help deliver positive sales performance, provide customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and maintain the store’s presentation. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss prevention and shrinkage procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The role involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed.
