About The Position

The Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand with each customer, and drives business through sales. The role combines customer relationship-building and personal sales goals with extensive product knowledge, an understanding of the brand’s philosophy and lifestyle, and adherence to sales and operational policies. Associates contribute to a welcoming, memorable store experience while collaborating with the team and supporting visual, operational, and loss-prevention practices.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
