About The Position

The Part Time Sales Associate at Pandora’s Mall at Bay Plaza will provide a first-class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and find innovative ways to engage customers. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to design their jewelry, and helps them express what they love. The role includes working a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires completing an assessment sent by email after applying. Pandora designs, manufactures, and markets handcrafted jewelry made with high-quality materials at affordable prices. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance sales environment, with demonstrated results-oriented selling ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of an organization and engage an audience.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Availability for a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
