About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring their home design ideas to life. The role focuses on delivering world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free sales environment. Successful candidates enjoy working with people, feel energized by sales, and have an interest in home décor. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible retail schedules.

Compensation includes a $15.40 hourly advance against commission, with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
