About The Position

Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialists help drive Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and expansion by assisting customers in bringing their home design ideas to life. The role delivers world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free sales environment. Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
