About The Position

Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialists support Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and expansion by helping customers bring their home design ideas to life. They provide world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free sales environment and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented workplace. The role suits people who enjoy working with customers, are energized by sales, and have an interest in home décor. Compensation is an hourly advance against commission, with uncapped commissions; stated expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually.

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience.
