About The Position

The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, creating memorable customer experiences through upbeat energy, storytelling, and authentic engagement. The role involves developing expert knowledge of products, sustainable fashion, and personal style, while delivering a seamless customer experience across retail stores and ecommerce platforms. The position is based at the Madison Avenue location in New York City and is part-time.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role or scope.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate purposefully across different platforms.
A proven track record of achieving personal results in a retail business, including consistently exceeding sales and performance goals.
Comfort with technology and apps.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders, move around regularly, and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
