About The Position

The Sales Associate welcomes prospective and current visitors to the studio, introduces them to the Orangetheory Fitness concept, and helps grow studio membership. The role includes giving studio tours, coordinating with trainers as prospective clients experience their first workout, following up with prospective clients, and participating in marketing and outreach events. The associate also helps maintain a clean, organized studio. Orangetheory Fitness offers paid training and certifications, competitive base pay with commission and performance bonuses, a free studio membership, product discounts, flexible scheduling, a fitness-casual dress code, and a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, or “intros.”
Give studio tours.
Work with trainers to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
Follow up with prospective clients.
Participate in marketing and outreach events.
Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
