About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking two Sales Associates to join a store team at La Roca Outlet in Barcelona. The role involves showing passion for the products and brand, delivering Customer Service Excellence, building a loyal customer base, and contributing to commercial success. The position is for 30 hours per week, with immediate incorporation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales in a luxury brand environment.
• Previous experience as a Sales Associate.
• Experience with KPIs and previous experience.
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
• Professional presentation and image.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
• Maintain professionalism under all circumstances.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outlet retail or high-volume sales areas is highly valued.
• Knowledge of another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow provided action plans to improve productivity.
• Support loss-prevention and stock-management operations.
• Build and maintain commercial awareness of competitors and local markets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build a loyal base of repeat shoppers.
• Maintain a customer-centric mindset to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Gather CRM data and manage its quality.
• Support store management with transactions, complaints, and returns.
• Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
• Follow company policies, including Health & Safety, the Store Operations Manual, and Retail Teamwear policies.
