About The Position

The Sales Associate helps achieve individual sales goals while delivering an elevated, customer-first experience and representing Reformation’s brand and sustainability values. The role uses customer engagement to build clientele and long-term client relationships, shares product knowledge and the stories behind the brand, and contributes to an inspiring, accessible store environment. The Associate also supports inventory accuracy, loss prevention, store standards, and a professional, productive workplace.

Requirements

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• A driven approach to taking on new challenges and self-motivation for work and career.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week and at least 3 days per week, including weekends.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in generating clientele through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Deliver an excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset to build long-term, loyal client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying brand values, engaging customers with the brand, and sharing Reformation’s stories, especially its sustainability practices.
• Maintain strong customer-experience feedback and service-evaluation scores through NPS.
• Support consistent inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
• Contribute to loss prevention across the business.
• Uphold the time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards.
• Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
• Communicate customer product feedback to help improve products and merchandising.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
• Reflect Reformation’s core values and culture in all efforts.
• Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
