About The Position

The Sales Associate at Reformation is responsible for achieving individual sales goals and delivering an elevated, customer-first in-store experience. The role supports customer engagement and clienteling, builds long-term client relationships, serves as a brand ambassador, and educates customers about Reformation and its sustainability work. The Associate also helps maintain store standards, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and a professional, productive work environment.

This is a part-time position at Bethesda Row requiring availability for at least 20 hours per week and at least three days per week, including weekends. The schedule may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business needs. The Associate reports to the Store Manager. The anticipated base hourly pay range is $16–$25, depending on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

Requirements

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• A driven approach to taking on new challenges and self-motivation for work and career.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in generating clientele through customer engagement.
• Create an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Foster an excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset and build long-term client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying brand values, engaging customers with the brand, sharing Reformation’s stories, and educating customers about sustainability.
• Maintain strong customer experience feedback and service evaluation scores through NPS.
• Support consistent inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
• Contribute to loss prevention across the business.
• Uphold the time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards.
• Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
• Communicate product feedback based on customer feedback to help improve products and merchandising.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
• Reflect Reformation’s core values and culture in all efforts.
