About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate supports selling efforts and customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and using effective selling techniques. The role includes daily store functions such as product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are central to the position. The associate helps customers find appropriate merchandise, supports shipment processing and inventory replenishment, follows visual standards and company policies, and helps maintain an organized sales environment.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
Problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and perform accurate inventory control, merchandise transport, and store maintenance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Use fashion and trend knowledge to identify appropriate merchandise for customers, build relationships, and meet customer needs.
Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
Provide customers with a positive, energetic, and outgoing impression while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
Comply with company policies.
Participate in service training and product programs.
Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and maintain adequate size runs according to visual directions.
Assist in preventing employee and customer theft.
Help maintain a neat, orderly, and organized sales environment as directed by store management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
