About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate at AutoNation Honda Lewisville works with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through purchasing a vehicle in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding promptly to leads, answering questions, providing information, and moving customers from phone or internet contact to an in-store experience.

Associates help customers select a vehicle, discuss terms and payment options suited to their needs and budgets, and close sales. They provide customer support before and after purchase, follow up to confirm satisfaction, and help transition customers to the Service department. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities
