About The Position

The CFS Manager (F&I Manager) works in AutoNation’s no-haggle sales environment, making credit decisions, submitting deals to lenders for approval, and helping bridge disconnects in the sales process. The role uses an automotive sales or finance background to identify suitable finance and insurance products for customers. It involves guiding customers through financing options and products, processing finance transactions in compliance with state and federal laws, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
• Present customers with a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure full compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Develop superior product knowledge to help customers effectively.
• Handle administrative processes in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
