About The Position
The Sales Associate’s primary function is to sell and promote Original Penguin merchandise by executing the brand’s customer service standards. The role includes greeting customers, helping them find products or explaining how to use them, and processing purchases on the POS register. The position is seasonal and part-time.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a courteous, friendly manner, including maintaining eye contact and smiling.
- Generate sales in accordance with Original Penguin customer service standards.
- Build a repeat customer base through effective PE Loyalty Program data capture.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers.
- Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff members fairly and consistently.
- Maintain floor coverage, acknowledge every customer, and prioritize customers over assigned tasks.
- Remain productive throughout the shift by replenishing products, maintaining visual displays, and engaging with customers during idle time.
- Report to work on time consistently.
- Demonstrate flexibility with the work schedule.
- Understand individual and store sales goals.
- Follow operational policies and procedures.
- Follow management guidance to execute visual standards, recovery, and replenishment.
