About The Position

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and providing personalized eyewear and apparel solutions. You will advise customers on eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences, help maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store, and work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership. The role also supports an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
