About The Position
Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to provide customers with an authentic, energetic experience and help them find premium-quality eyewear. Sales Associates contribute to store success by meeting sales goals, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear, and supporting a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment. The role offers hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals. This is a seasonal/temporary position for an existing vacancy. Compensation is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, along with a total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
