About The Position

The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, creating memorable customer experiences through upbeat energy, storytelling, and authentic engagement. The role involves developing expert knowledge of the brand’s products, sustainable fashion, and personal style, while supporting a seamless customer experience across retail stores and ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, resourceful, curious, receptive to feedback, and committed to following through on responsibilities and contributing to the brand’s purpose.

Requirements

Experience in a similar scope.
Omnichannel awareness and the ability to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
Comfort with technology and apps.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate purposefully across a variety of platforms.
A proven track record of achieving personal results in a retail business, including consistently outpacing sales and performance goals.
Ability to work when the business is open, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Comfort climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to engage with others, nurture relationships, work hard, be resourceful, ask questions, solve problems, follow through on commitments, and learn from feedback.
