About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Garden State Plaza. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to their loves. A flexible work schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying from approximately 4 per month during slower periods to 12 per week during peak seasons. This role also involves standing for extended periods and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
